So let’s tell you a bit about who we are and what we are up to. The blog is run by the specialized SME department of a legal consulting firm based in Lagos, with a vibrant team of young lawyers who are passionate about entrepreneurship and building sustainable businesses from the ground up. We want to empower entrepreneurs – startups and MSMEs all over Nigeria to build the right legal and business structures to help their businesses thrive and grow.

We understand that the entrepreneurial journey can be a daunting one, especially with all the discouraging factors in the Nigerian social and economic environment, but there’s certainly a way to build something beautiful from it all.

So basically, we will be providing you with information in all forms to help you on this journey. We will encourage you with stories of those that have gone ahead and excelled and are still excelling; we’ll let them give you some “expo” on how they are going about it. Our collection of short and easy legal tit bits for business, is a must read.
