OLUWADAMILOLA TUBI

Oluwadamilola is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over a decade of active experience in legal and tax practice. She started her career as a legal associate in a commercial law firm in Lagos which served but indigenous and multinational corporate clients. She went ahead to explore the world on in-house counsel as the Head of Legal of a fast-growing engineering and oil servicing company and was very active in the expansion process of the company’s business. Her previous position was as the pioneer General Counsel of the cooperative society of a leading Multinational Oil and Gas corporation serving approximately 1,200 members with numerous highly valued real-estate and financial products projects including FMCG distribution.

As Founder and Managing Partner of Creed and Stones LP, ‘Damilola has developed a team of legal and business professionals to provide premium and cost-effective services to individual and corporate clients. As a serial business owner herself, she understands and identifies with the legal needs of clients in their bid to establish and build a profitable and sustainable business. She advises her clients on capital raising, corporate governance, commercial transactions, taxation, intellectual property, employment law among others.

A finalist in the 2022 edition of the Esquire Legal Rising Star Awards (40 under 40), Oluwadamilola has a deep passion for building lasting businesses and has been a major contributor to the establishment and growth of numerous high-profile start-ups, emerging and established businesses.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and an Associate of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN).
