AYODEJI AWOBIYIDE

Ayodeji Awobiyide teaches Administrative Law, Constitutional Law and the Law of evidence in the Law Faculty of the University of Lagos. He graduated with an LL.B (Hons) Degree and has an LLM Degree, both from the University of Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008 as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Public Law, University of Lagos where he is currently researching into the admissibility and authentication of electronic evidence in civil and criminal litigation. Ayodeji has a vast experience in criminal and civil litigation having worked as State Counsel in the Ministry of Justice, Osun State and with the prestigious law firm of Bayo Osipitan & Co. He has published papers in peer reviewed journals. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and an Associate of Accounting Technicians of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
